This is more than a Key Account Management role.

It's an opportunity to influence the growth trajectory of some of Europe's most iconic foodservice brands while helping shape Farm Frites' commercial future.

Your impact

As International Chained Operator Europe Account Lead, you will take ownership of strategic customer relationships across Europe. You will develop long-term growth strategies, identify new commercial opportunities, and align teams across markets to deliver sustainable results.

You will operate at both a strategic and operational level: from boardroom discussions with senior decision makers to driving execution with local sales teams and internal stakeholders.

Success in this role means creating value for customers, driving profitable growth, and positioning Farm Frites as the preferred partner within international foodservice networks.

What you'll be doing

Drive European growth strategies

You'll own the strategy for a portfolio of international chained operators, translating business ambitions into actionable growth plans across multiple countries.

Build strategic partnerships

You'll develop relationships with senior stakeholders within major restaurant chains and become a trusted advisor who understands their challenges, ambitions and opportunities.

Unlock new business opportunities

You'll identify opportunities for menu expansion, category growth, innovation projects and new product introductions that strengthen customer partnerships and grow the business.

Lead commercial performance

You'll manage negotiations, commercial agreements, pricing discussions and contract renewals while ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.

Connect teams across Europe

You'll bring together colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, QA and R&D to ensure seamless execution of customer strategies across all relevant markets.

Who are you?

You're a strategic commercial professional who thrives in an international environment and enjoys navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.

 You bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 8-12 years of experience within international account management, foodservice or FMCG
• Proven experience managing multinational chained operators
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel internationally
