Your Role

As Key Account Manager End Users Belgium, you are responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with major end-user customers in the Belgian foodservice and hospitality market. Your accounts include restaurant chains, QSRs, catering companies, leisure & entertainment, and hotel groups.

You operate at a strategic level, combining long-ter account planning with hands-on commercial execution. You understand your customers’ business models, challenges, and growth ambitions, and translate these insights into sustainable volume, margin, and brand growth for Farm Frites.

You work across both Flanders and Wallonia and play a key role in strengthening our brand position with top end-users in Belgium. 

You Will:

  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term partnerships with strategic end-user accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear volume, margin, and growth targets.
  • Identify market and customer opportunities and translate them into concrete commercial actions.
  • Negotiate and manage annual contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional activations.
  • Drive market share growth by initiating and executing commercial and activation programs.
  • Organize and support product presentations, tastings, kitchen tests, and product launches.
  • Monitor customer performance, product rotation, and satisfaction using data and insights.
  • Conduct customer and competitor analyses and share insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the internal ambassador for your key customers within Farm Frites.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and distribution partners.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with logistics and planning teams.
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and reporting on opportunities, risks, and results.

Your Team

You will be part of the BeLux Sales organization and report to the Country Manager BeLux. You work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and external distributor partners to deliver integrated commercial solutions and an excellent customer experience.

Education And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level through experience.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Foodservice, FMCG, QSR, or Hospitality.
• Proven experience in managing and growing strategic key accounts.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven and comfortable working with CRM and reporting tools.
• Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and French (required).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Belgium.
