SALES REPRESENTATIVE BELGIUM

Fulltime, Region Brussels - Leuven - Flanders 

Farm Frites is a major international player in the foodservice sector. We serve operators in more than 100 countries with fries, potato specialties, and appetizers. As a fast-growing, family-owned company with strong entrepreneurial roots, we aim to further expand our leading position worldwide.

Your Role:

As Sales Representative, your focus is on acquiring new customers and managing long-term relationships within the foodservice end-user segment. Depending on your experience, you will work with small to mid-sized regional customers or with larger and more complex end-users and wholesalers.

You are a strong networker who thrives in kitchens, on the road, and close to your customers. You understand what chefs, buyers, and foodservice operators need and translate this into commercial opportunities for Farm Frites.

You will:

• Develop and grow your customer portfolio within your assigned region.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with end-users and wholesaler representatives.
• Identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and execute commercial plans.
• Organize product presentations, kitchen tests, and activations.
• Monitor customer developments and share insights that support commercial decisions.
• Ensure excellent CRM updates and pipeline management (knowledge of SalesForce is a strong plus).
• Act with commitment, sense of urgency, and strong follow-up discipline.
• Work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver the best customer experience.

Your Team:

You will be part of the Foodservice Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Manager Foodservice. You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing teams, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and local wholesaler partners to serve your customers and implement commercial plans effectively.

Education And Skills

• Vocational (MBO 3–4) or Advanced Vocational (MBO+/HBO), depending on seniority level.
• 2–7 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Foodservice, FMCG, or Hospitality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially sharp, hands-on, and customer-focused.
• Able to work independently with a structured and proactive approach.
• Analytical and comfortable working with data and CRM systems (SalesForce is a strong plus).
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Willingness to travel within your region.
